Psychiatric Nurse

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred, Registered Nurse required. Two years
paid post progressive work experience required. One year of psychiatric nursing

Position Overview:
As part of multi-disciplinary, core services team, provides nursing assessment,
direct support services and primary health care to seriously and persistently
ill individuals who are enrolled in the PACT Program. Psychiatric Nurse will
create a wellness and recovery oriented environment by using person-first
language, respectful documentation, and person centered planning. All services
provided will promote a wellness and recovery outcome. Psychiatric Nurse will
provide support and education to other team members in nursing/medical treatment
and health care.
Driver license required, with no more than one moving violation within a year.

Dual Recovery Specialist
Program: PACT 6
Status:

Location: Manville, New Jersey
Education:
Bachelors Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related social service, CADC or LCADC,
and 2 years paid work experience in substance abuse/mental health field. Experience as a person in recovery preferred.
Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Position Overview:
Assesses history and current needs and preferences of the person served in the areas of mental health and substance use.
Works with the person served and the team to develop integrated mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions.
Provides clinical leadership for PACT staff in the area of dual disorder treatment.
Driver license required, with no more than one moving violation within a year.
Position:
Occupational Therapist-Registered (2 positions)
Program: PACT
Status:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
Location: Washington and Manville, New Jersey
Education:
Possess current OT License; Bachelors Degree from an approved OT program (Masters degree a plus);
two years experience in mental health and/or adult rehabilitation settings,
community setting a plus.
Position Overview:
The OT will bring expertise in supporting individuals to improve quality of life,
gain mastery over behaviors that impede community living, reduce the effects of cognitive deficits,
enhance recovery and wellness and minimize hospitalizations. The OT will provide direct assessment,
participate in recovery planning and will be able to offer consultation and support to the team for maximum
follow through on recovery plans.

Two years paid post degree work experience in mental health.
The degree requirement may be waived for individuals who have or are receiving mental health services,
two years experience, paid or volunteer in provision of MH services required.

As part of a multi-disciplinary, core services team, Wellness Specialist will provide wellness assessment and direct
services to people who have serious and persistent mental illness and who are enrolled in the PACT Program.
